well the room was boiling hot and aircon was not powerful enough to keep the room cool. it was 27 degrees inside the room. outside was acutally cooler. staff during day shift just not good enough to sort any issues at all. they just smile and make excuses and wont solve the problem. staff needs training. night staff luckily was helpful and he got a fan so that i could sleep. very helpful he was. day staff just said no fan available. staff has tendency to give wrong information. i was told aircon not working in whole hotel. i had two rooms booked. my brothers room aircon was working. when i mentioned this he didnt say anything. he was actually another staff from night shift i think. i am not sure. but how many lies. location is good if you coming to attend concert at the Ziggo dome or to watch match at Ajex stadium.

I have stayed here 3 times now and although the facility is wonderful, clean, and the perfect location for events; every time there have been issues with the thermostat not working and the shower doesn’t function properly. I have never been able to change the AC in the room and the shower never lets me change the temperature as well as it always went between hot and cold on its own and if I tried to raise it by one degree it would shut off on its own. Every time this has happened so I’m not sure of the cause. Again still a wonderful staff and location is great, just a few constant disappointments in the room.

This is a nice hotel right across from the arena. Room are a good size and washroom has separate shower and toilet areas. Our reason for 4 stars is that you had to do self check in and the young staff were not very helpful. We had to keep asking for help because the information was in Dutch and we felt like we were putting them out. You think they’d have stayed with us until we were done.

Brilliant hotel with lovely staff. Ideally placed for when we attending Harry Styles concert. Wonderful breakfast too.

Had to request room clean and sauna only opened at 2pm apart from that hotel was great

Brilliant hotel can’t fault it stayed 2 years in a row, great location close to public transport

The room was spacious clean and very nicely decorated, the location was even better 10/10 since we were there for a concert. Food is also delicious

The staff was exceptional, They helped us with questions & directions whenever we asked. It's located conveniently to the Train, tram, bus station so you could get to wherever you needed to go. The room was clean & had a large bathroom & shower. We didn't use the restaurant. We just went to a bakery for breakfast & lunch/ dinner in town. It was a nice place for our needs.

Good location near the metro, good restaurant nearby, short train ride in Amsterdam Central.
