Very clean

Great location if you are working at RAI convention center. Also convenient to the train to the airport. It’s a nice property with a friendly staff, that is a quick ride to the city center but far enough away if you want more a quiet area. I have stayed there twice now.

Good and easy stay at the Novotel. The number 4 tram from 2 mins away takes you straight into the city and passes through some good areas for shopping and eating. Nice hotel, quite business-orientated. Breakfast expensive so we ate at cafes on Utrechtsestraat. Room was fine, bright, with great shower and nice view.

Nice spacious room with coffee maker and mini fridge. The hotel seemed new and modern with a clean private bathroom. Good restaurant and cafe at the hotel. Across from a big park and very close to transit. A 10 minute walk to many nice shops and restaurants.

Nice breakfast

An overpriced hotel. The location is not optimal if you want to visit the city center. Service was good, and breakfast was excellent.

The staff arranged a lovely surprise for our arrival to celebrate my husband’s birthday, which was very thoughtful and heartwarming. The room was clean and spacious, although there was some mold around the shower caulking. Other than that, the room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were professional and well trained. The hotel is only a five-minute walk from RAI Station, which was very convenient for getting to both Central Station and the airport. There is also a supermarket about a 10-minute walk away, but not much else nearby. However, this didn’t bother us at all. We stayed during a heatwave, and the room didn’t get as cool as we would have liked because the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. The staff kindly offered to move us to a room on the other side of the building, but we decided to stay in our original room. Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
