Didn’t like glass door on bathroom
Carpet and mattress were very stained
You had to tap room card to operate lift this didn’t always work
Staff in bar not that friendly
Thought we had paid for breakfast for the 3 nights we were there but apparently didn’t
Had to pay taxes and it’s said to be city centre it’s not so had to keep paying for transport worked out a very expensive trip

This is an excellent hotel for attending shows at the Johan Cruiff Arena, which is just 10 minutes walk. It's a 30 minute direct bus ride from the airport, and getting into the city centre is easy on the Metro.
Hotel itself is very clean - rooms are well appointed with a comfortable bed, an excellent shower and very fast wifi, and I slept extremely well. Breakfast was very good (except for the usual awful hotel toaster which barely warms the bread!) and every member of staff I met was very pleasant.
Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here if I was visiting for a city break as there are better located hotels, but for the concerts I was attending this was perfect.

First time leave a negative feedback. I always book holiday inn on my vacations. but this one I stayed two nights, not meet my expect:
1. Outside road still on construction, if you following Google map navigation, you will never reach the hotel. I followed the sign outside, and go around couple times, finally find the parking entrance.
2. the Air condition was not working, under maintenance.
3. I paid about 400 euros per night. When I booked this holiday inn, did not notice breakfast not included. which all other holiday Inns I stayed did include. I assume this one also include. of course parking is additional pay.
