Friendly service for a Kamaaina stay-cation.

The room we received was nothing like the advertised photo represented. Air conditioner made noises our first and second nights there and the final night the hallway and other areas smelled. Called guest services but nothing was done.

Close to the beach, close to International Market, even closer to Target.

It was clean and staff were lovely. Was sh we had a chair on the balcony but no worries.

The hotel staff were fantastic and the hotel is in a great location to all of the restaurants, beach and shopping stores.

Perfect location, great staff, and clean rooms! Marilou at the front desk was especially helpful. We had an amazing stay!!

Room was clean and served its purpose. Pool area was very nice, chairs available every time we went. We had a late flight but we were able to use the amenities all day right up until we were picked up for the airport. That was a nice service.

Great location; friendly staff…

The hotel was great and staff are very attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A few minor issues with not having hot water in the morning. We received a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite and that provided some extra room. The pool was comfortable and never crowded. The location is great. If you are parking they will charge $50 per day to park and the garage is not great. We had one day where we could not find a place to park for about 15 minutes and the garage is not easy to move around in if you had to turn around. I mentioned this at checkout and a day of parking was removed from my bill. This was the correct action by the hotel because if they are charging $50 a day to park the parking should not be difficult. Great place and i will stay here again.
