良い Good not great.....room was nice, but also, it had a view facing a window and an alley and the lighting was not sufficient.. That was a bit disappointing. Also, not really part of the Hyatt, so the value was not really there.

Very impressed. Location great, Staff amazingly helpful, Lobby area small but functional. Bar area very nice and was happily surprised that they offered a cheese and wine happy hour 5-6pm for guests. I was upgraded to a deluxe suite FOC and was very happy with it. Would recommend.

This hotel was a gem of a find! Super convenient parking right across the street, close to everything, and the staff was wonderful!

良い It was an inexpensive room in a good location, so you get what you pay for. The air conditioner did not work that well. The shower was so small that you could barely turn around in it and I’m a petite person. The headboard was weirdly very worn out so we tried to ignore that. The soap and shampoo were outside the shower with nowhere to put them. Very minimalist place but met out needs.

Check-in was a breeze. The Front desk agent and another staff member recommended nearby places for grab and go meals. My driver was scheduled to pick me up for transport to JFK at 5:30 am on July 8th, and the Front desk agent made sure it was the correct vehicle and driver before he escorted me to the vehicle. Talk about first class service!!! The Time New York will definitely be my choice the next time I am in NYC to see a Broadway show.
