Very small room that had an awkward layout. But the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it is located in a convenient location.

Staff was super friendly ! Shoutout to Nilika at the front desk , so sweet and was able to upgrade our room! Shoutout to Josh as well, super friendly and helpful with bags! Will be coming back!

I had a redeye in to see show in the afternoon so I only stayed a few hours. The staff was outstanding! They suggested a late checkout and offered water and generally seemed to really care about me. I stored my luggage with the excellent valet team and they suggested a private car to the airport, which was also outstanding. Everything was thoughtful and seamless. I wish I could stay longer! What a phenomenal location and truly exceptional staff!

Loved my stay at this hotel and was super convenient to get around. Travelled for work and staff made sure my stay was perfect. Huge thanks to Anthony for getting me settled in and for providing everything I need for a week stay!
Huge plus too as there is wine and cheese everyday!!!

Great location, two blocks off Time Square. Rooms are small but adequate for sleeping. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent close to a subway, hop on buses, theatres and Times Square. Beds were really comfy and staff were excellent.

If you want the Theater District, you can’t beat the location. The staff are excellent too. I wanted to love my room but it was on the 3rd floor facing a generator. All night (for two nights) it sounded like I was in an MR machine. The bed frame was beaten up, paint was chipped, the window really dirty. There were no drawers or a place other than the floor for my luggage. Perhaps other rooms are different but my experience wasn’t great

Rooms were clean and Staff was extremely friendly. The doorman Josh really went the extra mile with restaurant recommendations and transportation to make my stay incredible.
