We stay here every time we come to NYC. It’s elegant, clean, convenient.

Bathroom facilities were not as good as expected - low water pressure

Great location! Very nice boutique hotel and it has one of the best Italian restaurants. Staff was really helpful and friendly too!

The room was more like Harry Potter's closet than a hotel room. I've only seen rooms this small in Japan. There was an endless construction going on around us. We had to walk through trash and construction workers to get to the hotel. The sound of a jackhammer was constantly in our ears. We stayed in New York for two more days, but we remembered the hotel. We were tired of living in a stuffy room. However, we paid almost $1,500. The paid breakfast includes only eggs to choose from, or a croissant and black coffee.

Hotel was in a great location between 5th &. 6th Ave. Handy for Times Square, Broadway, Grand Central Station. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was amazing. Super clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff on arrival (Kevin in particular), were welcoming, professional and helpful. Door staff always friendly. Great place to stay. If you want to be close to times square you are 5-10 min walk away. Its a great location for first timers. Staff is friendly and experience was great overall for my first time in NYC

Perfect stay will an incredible staff ( esp Paulisha front desk) great breakfast ( and staff as well) Rooms clean and comfy all around a great stay! We will be back for sure!

Fantastic boutique hotel- 12 floors, gym, bar, breakfast room, a pretty lobby; all are beautifully decorated. Bedrooms had fully loaded mini bars that are hard to find now and were well fitted in 5 star style. The bathrooms are spacious and pretty and the bed was so comfortable- we booked 2 rooms and all 4 of us loved this hotel more than any others we have stayed at. It’s also a perfect location. We will absolutely stay here again.

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times when visiting Manhattan. Great location, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, and cozy room keep us coming back.
