Great stay right in the heart of Times Square. The location alone makes this hotel a winner — everything is walkable, and after a full day of sightseeing, coming back to a bed just steps from the action was a huge plus. The staff were fantastic — genuinely helpful and quick to solve anything I needed, which made the whole stay feel easy. The rooftop bar was a highlight too, with a great vibe and view. The rest of the hotel is stylish but leans more efficient/functional than lavish — smaller rooms, smart use of space — which honestly worked in its favor. For the price, I wasn’t looking for extra frills, just comfort and a great base to explore from, and that’s exactly what I got. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in the city

No A/C even after complaining. 2 days in the sweltering heat

This was the third time I’ve stayed at a Moxy. I was reminded of the low touch customer service. No help with bags when checking in. Parking was a total disaster. Run by a third party. I almost got in a fight with the parking attendant as the garage was too full and they didn’t want to park my car. I won’t stay here again

Es una posibilidad de usar un dinero para comprar el desayuno a la par en una cafetería que es deliciosa tiene panes increíbles repostería sandwiches Cheese que uno puede utilizar ese dinero en el transcurso del día y pagar la diferencia o en el parte del Hotel en la mañana puedo utilizar ese dinero. La limpieza está súper bien y la Seguridad también

Love it !

Unique and urban property feel. Rooms are small but expected as you are spending much of your time in the city not the hotel. Great location - walking distance to so many things.
