Hotel is at nice location of Da Nang Bay Area. Perfect from relaxing and away from the beach traffic. But, to enjoy beach and good restaurants you require to take grab. Ride fees are not much ~ 3-4 dollars each way. However, this hotels has tons of tour companies booking and it’s always crowded place. Front desk people were nice but they loos overwhelmed. Hotel swimming pool was the prime asset of the building. Breakfast area was huge and many options those who eat meat but for vegetarian they also have good options but not private consumption of the food. Hotels rooms are ok but hallway and lobby looks run down. All those area are really hot, pretty much no AC in this areas. I think it’s very good 3 or mid range 4 star hotels but not 5 stars hotel as advertised. Bellboys are good, friendly and very helpful.

Overall the stay was mediocre. Breakfast was disappointing — definitely below average and needs improvement. The free transportation service was a nice touch and one of the few highlights. The pool area had a great view, showing the entire city skyline, which was genuinely impressive. However, the price felt too high for what was actually delivered, especially given the underwhelming breakfast. I’d expect better quality at this price point.

Pool was awesome. Staff was great. We had a good experience overall. Along with the pool you can beautiful sunset from the property.

This is a tacky hotel, and I only booked at as I had a late flight out of da nang. Check in: they need a reservation number or confirmation - can’t just look up your name like any normal hotel… the rooms have the most tacky gold sink and shower fittings etc, the restaurant on the top floor absolutely stinks. It is just overall poor, but the price reflects what you get to be honest - in all cases I would never stay here, as mentioned, I only booked at my flight was at midnight and I needed somewhere for 12 hours.

The property was very nice and located close to everything I wanted to do in Da Nang. It was definitely a great experience.
