We stayed in a King room and it is larger than most other hotel rooms. It comes with a double sink and we were fortunate enough to have a room that faces the river where they had fireworks display over that weekend. The location is favourable, with cheap food options and spas within walking distance.

Location was very central. Service was faultless and we enjoyed the breakfast and dining at the restaurant (along with the in-room dining). Gym facilities were good - nice touch to have a small sauna and steam room available. Swimming pool on the small side and would have been nice to have a little more shade. Enjoyed using the shared space facilities on the 30th floor to work in the mornings - lovely view.

Staff very helpfull

My stay was just ok. My expectations were higher for a 5 star hotel. sometimes there were doormen and other times there weren’t. The elevators are tight and take way too long to get to and from floors. And there was a wrestling event happening during my stay which made the hotel very loud and noisey. I would’ve appreciated a heads up. Won’t be re booking.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel Da Nang. The rooms are Incredible. The service truly stood out as well. The facilities are top-notch. The spa is exceptional, the pool is stunning, and the gym is one of the best-equipped hotel gyms I’ve seen. Everything is thoughtfully maintained and adds to the overall experience. One thing I especially appreciated is the location. While it’s not directly on the beach, I actually preferred that, it gives the area a more authentic, local feel. You’re surrounded by plenty of shops, coffee spots, local boutiques, restaurants, and bars, all within easy reach, which made exploring incredibly convenient. Overall, I really, really loved my stay here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

Staff were amazing

I travel a lot and I had arrived from a so called 5 Star hotel in Hanoi, which certainly did not deserve 5 Stars, so I was not sure what I was going to expect. The Crown Plaza, Danang is a relatively new property. It is near the Han River and a short taxi ride to the beach. There are plenty of options for eating and drinking very close to the hotel. The rooms are a good size, especially the bathroom, which has plenty of room to move around. We had a River View room on the 23rd floor and the view was terrific. The buffet breakfast has a large variety of dishes and an excellent staff. A shout out to Tomas and Daisy in the restaurant who looked after us very well. Also the reception staff, and Lucy(?), who were very helpful and friendly. I plan to be back in Danang in a few months and will definitely stay again.

Everything here was perfect for our stay. Lovely friendly staff, clean rooms, soft pillows, central to lots of attractions.

I got sick at the end of our trip and everyone at the Crowne Plaza was so nice and helpful to us while I didn't feel well. They went above and beyond any expectations I had while staying there. It was a 5 star experience
