I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Vinpearl Da Nang Riverfront. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome. The staff was friendly, genuinely caring, and paid attention to the little details that made a big difference. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the beautiful views of the Han River and the Da Nang skyline from both my room and the restaurants. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Da Nang. Thank you to everyone at Meliá for making my trip so memorable. I can’t wait to come back!

Every thing Works well

The room was spectacular. The views are some of the coolest I've seen in any hotel room. The elevators are garbage. Be prepared to spend half of your day waiting around for absurdly busy elevators. People don't queue over there do no matter how long you've been waiting, obnoxious people will still walk straight past you to the front. The breakfast is terrible. The worst kn our month of travelling in Vietnam. It's absolutely rammed full of people, terrible stale bread and half the stuff is finished and not replenished. The staff are generally excellent but they struggle to have any kind of interpersonal connection with the hundreds upon hundreds of guests they're trying to deal with. This is a massive hotel with a ridiculous number of people. If you want a colossal, impersonal experience with hundreds of obnoxious people then this is for you. It's too big, far too busy, low quality breakfast and horrendous waiting times for elevators. But the rooms are spectacular if you get a panoramic river view. That made it worth it for me. The location is okay but grab is so cheap that you can get anywhere in the city quickly for nothing.

Clean room with very helpful staff. Breakfast is excellent.

Breakfast buffet was wonderful. The pool was very nice. we stayed at the panoramic view room and the view was excellent.

Excellent buffet, accommodating staff, near a big mall and some landmarks like dragon bridge. It's also very clean.

The room AC wasn’t working well so it was hot, other than that, the property is good.

Great location, rooms were very clean, staff were very friendly and resourceful. I canl very much recommend this property.
