Staff is very helpful and super nice. The rooftop bar has great drinks and amazing skyline views.

As I look back to my past trips, I remember most of the good hotels I stayed at. Four Seasons, Fiarmont, Ritz-Carlton and Conrad. They are all top-notch properties, and I certainly have great memories with them. However, with my first visit to a St.Regis property, even with a high expectation, this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in a long, long time. Staffs were unbelievably professional and kind, and the property itself was immaculate. I recommend this hotel and the brand to anyone, as I can’t imagine anyone complaining about anything about this hotel including rooms, staffs and the food. A MUST for any luxurious traveller!

Fantastic location, nice stay, you can tell the furnitures were used to be great now they are old. Carpet have stain everywhere which is the reason I give less point judging the price paying

We stayed for 6 nights in June and the Hotel was not what we had expected at all, there were issues with room security which were ultimately dealt with but the initial response was very poor and almost dismissive. The pool was unavailable with an option of a taxi to the other side of the city as an alternative, which we had not been advised of when booking, and concierge staff seemed arrogant and not particularly helpful.
