最高 Came to celebrate my partner’s birthday and they helped organise cake and champagne, which was very appreciated. We arrived early in the morning and couldn’t check in yet but staff offered us to freshen up by the pool, which was a relief after our flight. We went about our day and they emailed us at 12pm that the room was ready!
Other thoughtful gestures like housekeeping noticing my teeth aligner and leaving a cleaning agent for me to use, really elevated our stay here. All staff were polite, kind and constantly preempting our needs - a great stay, fabulous design and convenient location

This property is one of Shanghai’s highest rated so I booked it for 6 nights and my first visit to the area. It has a very modern, hip vibe - reminding me of a few W Hotels in the US, with dark lighting (especially in the elevators) and mood music. The room was nice, bed + pillows + towels superb, and staff very helpful. I do think it’s overpriced but enjoyed my stay.

最高 Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Convenient location and friendly staff. The room is spacious and the snacks in the minibar is a great addition to the wonderful experience.

During my 5-day trip to Shanghai, my only regret was staying at The Shanghai EDITION for just the final night due to my travel itinerary. Even though I arrived much earlier than expected and requested a check-in, the staff graciously assisted me with an early check-in. The service mind of the staff, the sophisticated atmosphere of the hotel, and its prime location were all absolutely superb.

Great location, very convenient to explore the tourist points of interest. Concierge service was very helpful for booking all the restaurants I wanted to go to.
