Check in receptionist wasn’t very friendly.
Our bed was very lumpy and was not very comfortable sleeping in. Unit needs to be refreshed.

The staff are very friendly, it’s a nice hotel but is well over due for an upgrade. Room I booked was very spacious the terrace was the best just not the weather in which we tried to enjoy it in. Beds sheets were weird fitted wrong sizes, no comforter the foldout futon didn’t fold out and if you slept on it you woke up in pain. The bed I used was very old mattress probably should’ve been replaced a few years ago.. the air split on wall in bedroom over the tv leaked and my leather bag was soaked which also had my passport in it… the Hot tub and pool were GREAT again it wasn’t the best by far but I would also stay there again ???

少しがっかり On top of official charges there is an undisclosed 50+$ daily fee that the hotel surprises your upon arrival. Hotel staff couldn't explain these extra fees, Expedia couldn't explain it either. Eventually, after our stay, they discovered writing in tiny font. Watch out!

最高 Amenities are excellent. Staff is friendly.
Its a second time we stayed in this hotel. Close to beach and cafe. No bad smell anywhere in the hotel. Fresh and clean air. Wifi was ok.
