Great hotel. I will stay there anytime , all time again

The room was immaculate and the service from every single member of staff was on par, and perhaps even better than some of the best 5 star hotels in Asia - absolutely superb service. The Executive Manager of the hotel welcomed us, the reception staff were very helpful and warm. The Restaurant staff, from cooks and waiting staff, and special mention of Baaha, were very attentive and kind. I will always stay at the JW Marriott at Dubai Marina on every future trip I make to Dubai. Hands down the best!

We were at the JW Marriott Hotel Marina in December 2025 for 6 nights. (two adults and two children) including New Years Eve. Our stay was absolutely FANTASTIC! Beautiful hotel, excellent location and the staff was superb! Baha who was the manager at the restaurant made sure our meals were perfect and even asked if my children had special requests for their Chef Sharuk who was so good! Every meal was different and a variety of cuisines daily! We were truly impressed! Nikita and Alffrin were a great help, very friendly and they always catered to our needs! Truly a stay we will never forget! Also this hotel is AMAZING for New Years Eve! Excellent party at the pool deck! Fantastic all the way around! Highly recommend!

An excellent hotel conveniently located in the heart of the Dubai Marina with easy walking to restaurants, shopping and ferry rides. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

My stay here was perfect! Even better than I expected. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, never had a problem asking them for anything and they were always kind. I asked for the room to be extra nice as it was my wedding anniversary and the hotel had no problem sorting this for me (they even gave us a congratulations cake on the house). Would definitely recommend staying here and if ever in Dubai again this would be easily be in my top places to stay. Being next the marina mall was also so welcomed and made getting whatever we needed so much easier! The pool is also incredible so much space to sit and relax. Overall we loved our stay!! 😁

Our stay at JW Marriott Marina Dubai was exceptional. The room was spotless, the staff went above and beyond, their service was unmatched to any others. We also loved relaxing by the pool—it was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended!

Each day Sabita came on time with a smile and impeccable service. I never had to ask her for anything twice. She took care of the room as if I was staying in a five-star hotel. I will be coming back within 60 days. This is the only place that I will stay. It feels like home.
