Nice

Not what I expected to be . I had 2 rooms and they were both small compare to what they charge for it . Location is far from everything . Hard to get taxi in front of the hotel . Food quality not so great . Phone calls to front desk was a challenge by it self .

I’ve been traveling to dubai every year since 1999 and I have never been this disappointed . The costumer service was horrible . I had to call 6 times for the front desk to pick up and finally when they would respond they just ignored your request . Or they would deliver it with a long delay . The location is far from everything so you must have a car or your taxi expenses will be high . The rooms are very small compare to other hotels in dubai that I have stayed in the past . Their food quality is not as good as I was expected again compare to other hotels . The building it self is kind of old and you can see and feel in ones you enter the lobby . Over all it was a disappointment . I would never return to it . You can get much better hotels for the same price

Amazing stay!

This is a nice hotel to stay. The breakfast is lovely. The hotel has had a refresh recently. The person who did my check in and check out was exquisite (I’ve never used that word for a check in person before ) Zipporah. What a beautiful asset to your hotel. Must say however the room service call is never answered.

Rooms are clean, comfortable beds, good location, service at breakfast could be better and maintenance of bathrooms average
