The hotel is very clean including the pool area and has the best view from our room (we have ocean+city view). The staffs are great,polite and hardworking. they are assisting the guest the moment you step into the hotel driveway until you check out. Blacksmith bar and eatery has delicious food. Breakfast is a lot and dinner we tried have big servings. Overall stay is superb. 😊

Very helpful and very accommodating at a stressful time. Great location and very close to the marina.

First of all, I will give this hotel 10/10 for their customer service. The staff ensures the guests feel at home. I will give a shout-out to Manager Noel, Guest servic- desk associate Mona Lisa, and Simon the bell man. They were very tremendous in assisting us during the Strikes of the gulf War. The ensure guests are well situated even for those who have run out of funds.

The only issue I noticed was a little of black mold in the bathroom but other than that everything was amazing, very clean and great customer service from all .

Alles super auch die Lage. Das Zimmer war toll, wir hatten eine Suite kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht das war auch gut so. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

When we arrived. The hotel did not have our booking. Within about half and hour, the back office created our booking. There was no apology for the inconvenience. I mentioned to the front desk that it was my special birthday and they promised to do/give something complimentary in our room. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The main restaurant for breakfast can be very busy. On one morning, when this was particularly busy, we were shown to an overflow restaurant, which was actually quieter, the staff were excellent here. Overall, we had an average, but pleasant stay here.

I didn’t expect my stay to be that delightful. It’s not even only about the place. It’s about the people working there starting from Simon who greets you at the door and Coogan who attends to your needs at the room also the managers Mahmoud.. Suleiman and Karamel the guest relationship. Definitely coming back
