Good

Pleasantly surprised by this gem of a hotel. I asked for a room away from street noise and with an openable window and they upgraded me to a nice corner room with a balcony that was just the perfect setup for me. The rooms are simple but elegant in a way that is really energizing. I got a lot of great work done at the desk and even downstairs in the lobby. The gym is really small and basic and the breakfast is in a sports bar with limited offerings which is not ideal for me. But it got the job done. There is also a fancier coffee shop with lovely meals right in the lobby, for those that want to buy things alacarte. Biggest plus is that it’s just steps from DMCC metro and the tram. Plus all the water ferries when they are running. Will definitely stay here again and again. Special shoutout to Marjorie at the reception!

Very polite and helpful staff. Food was not the best. Amenities was just ok. Not the best of experiences to be honest.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and we had a nice balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the food. Unfortunately, we didn’t really enjoy it, and we wouldn’t recommend the hotel restaurant, as the quality wasn’t what we expected. Other than that, everything was nice, and we had a good experience overall.

It would be nice to have a few English channels on the TV to cater for other nations coz at the moment there isn’t a single English Channel on the TV also have a larger screen would be nice coz at the moment these small tv screens are less appealing coz there is so much space and needs a large tv screen.

The room are so big and TV screens are too small for such a large room, a large screen is needed and also a few English channels would be nice. All the channels at the moment are all in Arabic and it’s not fair for other people so it would be nice to put a few channels in English.
