Clean room and comfort

I had a wonderful stay at Bof Hotels CEO Suites Ataşehir, and what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible kindness and care from the staff. A very special thank you to Gözde, the lady owner of the hotel’s restaurant. I had recently undergone oral surgery, and she went completely out of her way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. She personally arranged special soft meals for me, prepared with so much thought and warmth — not just to meet my needs, but genuinely to make me happy. I would also like to sincerely thank Şeyma from the reception, who was always welcoming, kind, and helpful. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made everything easier and added to the overall comfort of my stay. This level of compassion and personal attention is rare and speaks volumes about the heart behind this hotel. The suites were comfortable, the service was excellent, and thanks to Gözde and Şeyma, I felt more like a guest in someone’s home than a customer in a hotel. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely return. Thank you for turning a difficult time into such a comforting experience.

Perfect

BOF is our hotel of choice when staying in Istanbul and we keep coming back (2-3 years now).We have tried other hotels but always disappointed and we end up with BOF CEO. The staff is very professional, the food at the restaurant is really good. The pool and spa are wonderful.You can really rest well here. We love the spacious apartments, always clean and we have never had any issues with our multiple stays. This time they left the spa robes in the room which was improvement from our prior stays (when we had to ask for robes). Every day we get water and tea/coffee condiments, if we do not need cleaning at our apartment. They closed the 24 hour room service which is sad but not a deal breaker. You can order takeout from a food app after 10.30pm. Highly recommend Hotel BOF CEO. It feels like home, very comfortable and the close by grocery stores make it for a nice and convenient stay if you want to cook, or grab snacks. We love our stay every time and can’t not say enough how good care the staff is providing for their guests. Last but not least: the value is unmatchable. Thank You!!! Tanya and Adham

A gem!

I got bedbug bites the first night, thought it was mosquitos and did not pay attention but now it is clear it was bedbugs. Still have some marks on my legs…I would avoid this hotel.

This is our fifth stay at BOF CEO hotel. Me and my husband love it. It is super safe, quiet and the suites are really comfortable for extended stay The staff has always been helpful and any request has been granted. The breakfast is really great. One suggestion: the Chef and Management can work on revamping the menu in the restaurant. It has been the same and gets little boring. Besides that strongly recommend. It is great family venue and the value for the service is unmatchable. Thank you for hosting us!!!

They offer a full kitchen but then charge a fee for dishes and cookware and refuse to provide a sharp knife of any kind for "safety reasons." They even charge a fee for ice. Plus, the staff take forever to complete even a simple request like sending someone to fix the AC and often must be asked multiple times. And there is no workspace. No desk, nothing that can be used as one like a table and chair. There is an eating space in the kitchen but no way to use a computer there because the chairs are high and have the smallest seats I've ever seen. It was a truly awful experience. Finally, there is a poor dog kept alone 24/7 in a tiny, poop-covered enclosure. See picture and note the cage looks a lot bigger there than it is. It's appalling.
