While the hotel has many appealing qualities, several details fell short of expectations. Bathroom towels were worn and notably thin, and face towels were not provided. Shampoo was also missing from the bathroom for the first two days of our stay.
Housekeeping lacked consistency, with rooms serviced on two days after 5:00 pm and turndown service offered irregularly.
Despite a refrigerator being available in the gym, it was never stocked with water, and towels were never available.
Additionally, although not the hotel’s responsibility, our road‑facing room was affected by significant noise from a nearby pub playing loud, bass‑heavy music late into the evening.

Room was super clean, bed was very comfy. The gym is well equipped. We had a problem with our room and the staff were so efficient at sorting it out and moving us to another room. Location is good, short walk to Galata tower.

Thanks to the front desk staff we got to Istanbul a day earlier in the middle of the night, my husband called to ask for a room, they accommodate us right away and even gave us on the side of the hotel we love ( we stayed there before lol)

Rooms much more dated than expected. Heating hard to use, curtains broken which made fully blocking light difficult and breakfast was just a shamozzle
