This hotel is a gem. The rooms are modern, comfortable and have everything you need. Very spacious and immaculately clean. If you have a lake view room, the view is worth the money! The restaurant was really good, free breakfast was amazing with tons of options, and amenities were great. We took advantage of walking down to the lake and sitting in the hotel loungers lakeside and swimming. It was priceless. I want to come back to stay here for a week. The only disadvantage is that there’s not much of a town with restaurant options. Luckily hotel has a great bar and restaurant with beautiful outdoor seating options with a stunning view. Also We had a car so it wasn’t a problem. Interlaken is 20 mins. drive. It a perfect base to visit Grindlewald and do other day trips.

Loved Spiez. Such a beautiful place to relax between outings. Good food at the restaurant. Nice pool.

The hotel rooms don't come with an iron and ironing board. When asked the front desk for one they do not offer this amenity? Never received a complimentary Panorama card by email. Could of saved about Chf 20 during our stay.

Once again, our stay at the Belvedere Strand Hotel in Spiez was beyond top class. Meals were exquisite, restaurant staff delightful, attentive & informative. Reception staff went above and beyond to help us out in a difficulty & always greeted us with a smile. The grounds were delightful and the views to the castle & harbour a joy to behold. Our favourite place .

The hotel sits at the good position in the hill, overlook at the bay.

room was clean and had everything you need. The bed was a disappointment as it was hard and the pillows uncomfortable so sleeping was not so good, but otherwise lovely

I adore returning to this beautiful hotel, and when I arrived yesterday, was so happy to be welcomed by Carolina, whose customer service is so outstanding. I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. The entire staff is exceptional-we are so grateful to have found this beautiful hotel in Spiez

The views were spectacular from our room. The walk to the train was a bit tough but a great way to start the day. Beds were comfortable
