This is a very busy hotel but it is run very efficiently and by helpful staff. Dining options are limited around here. The views are spectacular and rooms are quiet and very well kept

Very nice mountain view!

Truly beautiful location in the heart of Grindelwald. Even though the street was busy, we never heard the noise from our balcony overlooking the Eiger. The room had plenty of space and was comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was very kind.

Amazing views from the room. Pool was under construction but looks like it will be very nice once re-opened. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and we enjoyed food and drinks in the bar during the evenings. Highly recommend.

Great location and staff! We will be back.

Our stay in Grindelwald was absolutely amazing! The mountain views from the hotel were breathtaking and truly felt like something out of a postcard. Waking up each morning to the stunning Swiss Alps right outside our window was unforgettable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the First Cliff Walk gondola, making it easy to enjoy one of the area’s most spectacular attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Between the incredible scenery, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations, this hotel made our time in Grindelwald even more special. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful hotel and staff - couple notes: pool is under reconstruction until August 2026 & no AC - just fyi. We did live out stay there and the staff was great.

As we were individual travelers, others should know that this hotel mostly serves large tour groups. It was very well run and the staff were incredibly professional. The location is good. View is incredible. No air conditioning in the hot summer months is uncomfortable. The room has a table fan and we had to ask for a second fan.

Beautiful hotel with very comfort bed and amazing views very convenient location . Breakfast was the best !

What an incredible property! We stayed in room 415, and the view from our balcony was spectacular! The ease of access to the town, to Grindelwald First Gondola, and many many hiking trails - highly recommended!
