No air conditioning and the windows were directly across from another building rooftop where they smoked so we couldn’t open up the windows to cool off. Brutal nights sleep in the summer heat.

The hotel itself was good, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, I would advise future guests to be very careful with the cancellation policy. Our reservation was advertised as fully refundable, and we canceled well before the deadline, yet we were still charged for both the canceled reservation and the reservation we actually used. This created a very frustrating situation and required additional follow-up. Other than that issue, the hotel was comfortable, clean, and met our expectations. Just make sure to closely monitor any charges and refunds related to your booking.

The room smells bad, good breakfast

Great location & staff were really helpful . If travelling during peak summer time just be mindful that there is no air conditioning, they do provide you with portable fan & it helps when you open windows but other than that everything else is great . Breakfast is amazing & very spacious room.

Very surprised that this hotel was at 100% occupancy and doesn’t have a full time maintenance person. Shower was TINY and fittings were faulty. Staff did not react in any way positively. Breakfast was ok- but very crowded. Location was great- close to west train station.

The property has 2 bldgs, a hotel and a guest house. We stayed in the guest house. Breakfast was in the Hey hotel. Staff was friendly, check in was quick. Spacious loft style room. Separate beds for 4 adults. Good breakfast options. Storage room available for luggage after check out.

The room had no air conditioning. I had not noticed that when I booked. It had a fan but just no air since the window was high. The bathroom was too small and not functional. The shower was built for half a person. We had a room with 2 twin beds with not headboard so you can’t read or seat comfortably in bed. The breakfast and the location was excellent. Overall, too pricy for what we got. I think it is worth it to pay a $100 more per night to get way more.

Overall okay stay. Amenities were minimal. Breakfast was good, location great and staff helpful. A good option for a affordable stay in the area that meets your needs.

We stayed at the guest house by hey Hotel its clean and big, the breakfast is pretty good many choices. The place is close to everything it is also 5-10 minutes walk from the train station at Interlaken West.
