We stayed one night for a trip to Wembley and this was the perfect base for a reasonable price in London. We had what we needed for our stay, and the staff were really friendly.

Basic room with a bed and bathroom

Good location for travelling on Eurostar.

Lovely staff who were welcoming and helpful when checking in. The hotel however we had some major problems. For one there was no lift access and being put below ground level in a very tight space made it difficult to get our suitcase and Pram down there, the corridors are very tight and feel more like an office building as it wasn’t signposted initially well. The first notable issue was the smell, as soon as the bathroom door was open the entire room smelled bad, we speculated that it was a drainage pipe but it made the room reek which wasn’t nice to smell. Our room had ants as well which were getting into our luggage and drinks, I noticed an ant trap as well but it was unpleasant to discover. The toilet was wobbly and unstable, our view from our window was a storage cupboard which we saw staff members go in and out of so we stayed with the window closed and blind down for privacy and to drown out the city noise and staff. There was no air conditioning as well so the room was hot. There was some fans which helped slightly but it was still uncomfortable to sleep in. Once again the staff were nice and there was a helpful little shop of various snacks and drinks in reception but I was very disappointed staying here and would likely avoid in future.

Great stay!! Basic hotel but with everything you need as a base and very central to transport options. Bed comfy, fan provided in room. Can highly recommend

Everything was pretty much as advertised. My only comment would be, if you have any mobility issues, it would not be suitable. Lots of stairs and the facilities are in very small spaces

The rooms have a very strange layout and have no A/C. The location is excellent for being near King's Cross and St. Pancras train stations. The price is fair.

Budget friendly and right across Kings Cross Station which is awesome. Do not expect huge rooms or ac or huge bathrooms. The rooms are decent size and they provide table fans and the bathrooms are decent. Well-maintained and responsive staff.
