The room was clean and was newly renovated. Small but had 4 beds which was perfect for our family.

Well located hotel, very clean, decent price for London. Good shower, lovely smelling toiletries.
No air con in rooms and when windows are open it’s very noisy, they know this and they provide ear plugs!!
Sofa bed not very comfortable! Main beds are.

A good business/tourist hotel near Russell Square. Property is vast, well maintained and very clean. Rooms are fairly Spartan, though beds are exceptionally comfortable. Lack of air conditioning is a problem in warmer months.
Recommended.

We have stayed here three summers now. Convenient location. Good access to underground. Good restaurants nearby. Easy to get to from Heathrow and st. Pancras station.

The hotel is in a great location.
It was very very busy,so check in took a while but there were a lot of school trips so I think it was just bad timing.
Friendly & helpful staff.
Only downside was that the room was a little warm and there was no air conditioning.
Would definitely stay again.
