I had a pleasant stay overall, well suited to the nature of my trip, and the staff deserve a particular mention as they were consistently kind, attentive, and helpful throughout. That said, there are a couple of areas I'd encourage the hotel to address. Cleanliness was the most notable concern: I found dust clusters in the bathroom, hair on the bedside table, and hair under the sheets. This suggested the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned before check in, which is something a simple pre arrival inspection checklist could easily resolve. The second issue was with the air conditioning, which repeatedly switched off during the night, causing the room to become uncomfortably warm and disrupting my sleep on multiple occasions. It may be worth having the unit inspected or serviced, as reliable climate control is a basic expectation for guest comfort.

Very good position for onward journey

The room was very clean and newly renovated. The staff were accommodating to our quick need of a room due to missing the train. Coffee in the room, toothbrush and tooth pad along with bottled water was a nice addition to our stay.

The room was small, it was big enough to have the bed and two small night stands with a tv on the wall on the side of the bed, so you had to watch either laying on your side or laying across the bed. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The only thing dirty was the toilet brush scrub that was visible on the side of the toilet (gross). They only had a little 3 prong rack with three hangers. But The room had a small luggage space that could have easily had some shelves or a bar to use as a closet, which would have been nice. They had two complementary bottles of water which was nice. AC worked great and there was plenty of hot water. Bed was decent. Staff was great and kind. Overall I would recommend.

Location is great but it was a terrible night's sleep due to the corridor light remaining on all nights and a massive gap in the door frame letting in the light Breakfast room is too small and I ended up not having breakfast at all

Great location. Perfect for single travelers. This property has no lifts/elevators and staff were very helpful with carrying my luggage up and down the stairs.

clean room,handy location.expensive because it was weekend of marathon,so not worth the price.but,no complaints.

Clean but very small room(appx.2.5 m wide) very good staff
