Great stay in Kyoto, conveniently located within walking distance of Kyoto station. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and conveniently located infront of a main bus stop in Kyoto. Laundry facilities available on site. Great place to stay at for a solo traveler.

room felt very luxurious, very spacious, excellent bathroom, loved the shower head, staff very helpful, great coffee bags. Would happily stay again.

Very nice hotel away from the hustle of Kyoto but close enough to the train station,it’s only a 15 minute walk to Kyoto station.The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly! I would recommend staying at Green Rich Hotel. They also have an Onsen in the hotel, a big plus!!

This hotel is only a few minutes walk or by bus to Kyoto Station. seems to cater mostly to residents. 2-bed room is spacious, nice spacious bathroom with separate tub, shower and toilet. Water temperature on 8th floor is inconsistent - alternating between warm and cold. Laundry facility is outdated and only 1 out of 3 driers was working. Buffet breakfast is ok catered mostly to local taste. No drinking water is available to fill your water bottles though. Bus stops close to the hotel are very convenient as another mode of transportation other than the train.

You get what you pay for.

The stay was good overall. The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful.

We booked this hotel thinking it’s close to the Kyoto station. It was still a good 15 minute walk. Facilities were good. Clean but feels dated. Bed and beddings feel it needed an update. We were given a room on the annex building. You need to cross a narrow gated private alley in between the building to get to the main entrance. It’s a bit of a hassle. Overall we had a good stay.

It was a great stay. The front desk held my bags as I went out to explore Kyoto. It was a wonderful experience. The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing

My refrigerator never stay cold my food and drinks went bad. The room was mostly warm. The breakfast wasn't good. The bed was too hard.
