良い友人と滞在
Bathroom was too small. I had to go down to use the public toilet, because it won't fits me.
No need a big TV, because we hardly stay in the room. I wish the room is a little bigger.

Location is excellent! The breakfast has a lot more options than that of the previous APA I stayed in Tokyo.

Everything was great, location excellent. Only issue that we are not accustomed to is no closets in the room.

Good location walkable to Kyoto Station. Not a lot of places to eat on the block but station has plenty.

少しがっかり友人と滞在
Laundry is an absolute disaster, find a laundromat, your clothes will be damp no matter how many times you run them through the dryer if you can even find one since everyone else in the place will be having the same problem.
The advertised pool and gym are also at an additional cost, something not mentioned in the Expedia listing.
I usually like Apa hotels but this one is extreme frustrating and was a very inconvenient and poor experience.

It would have been good for the hotel to allow early check ins.

Room wasn’t clean the shower head didn’t work well. The water was only hot even when you it all the way cold. Staff in the morning were very loud! The washer and dryer didn’t work at all!! Dried the clothes 3 times and were still soaking wet.
