Its to small, needed bigger room

Great room aircon. Food was delicious. Staff helpful. Needs some small maintenance attention- my tv did not work and I was changed to a different room. On the new room toilet low water flush did not work (high water flush did). These are small things that deserve attention. The lounge areas were fantastic and so relaxing. The combo of the beds was outstanding.

Very nice hotel

The ac seemed to be running but not cooling the room. At 4 am it stopped completely. The hotel is designed to have continual flow of air in fact they clearly state this in their hotel guide. So a tiny room with clever space saving toilet/shower works well with constant air flow but is unbearable when the ac and air handling quits at 4 am. Rather than deal with a potential room move I packed up and left early. Front desk was unapologetic when I checked out. Blaming me for not raising the issue with them. Any modern hotel has a central climate control system that would alert staff to these kinds of issues.

Pas de machine a cafe pas de verres il faut descendre en bas et se faire un cafe et demader pour des verres wow c le fun en se levant!,l, pas fait du tout pour prrsonnes obese mais le personell tres serviable

Good location right on the airport, a three minute walk from the terminal. Staff were very helpful, room was small but more than adequate and the iPad made controlling the lights and blinds an experience!!

A very unique experience with an ultra modern hotel.

Check in isn’t easy when you have multiple rooms under one reservation. Rooms are tight, bed was up against the wall so hard for the 2nd person to get out of bed without waking the first. It was a unique experience. It was quiet, couldn’t hear the planes which was great and very convenient.

Good rooms, very convenient

I can Highly recommend the CitizenM hotel. It is perfect if you have a layover at Schiphol Airport. Once you exit customs, just take the very right exit and follow the signs to the hotel (literally 7 minute walk and you dont even cross a road. The hotel itself was so fun and funky, The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be back and recommend CitizenM to friends and clients.
