Very clean rooms. Extremely friendly staff! Breakfast buffet had a diverse array of options. The only negative point that comes to my mind is that the chairs in the breakfast serving area (the green house) were really dirty with food and beverage stains.
All in all, very nice experience and stay!

Spacious room. Professional and helpful staff. Shuttle helpful. Bathroom tile grouts could use upgrades. Didn’t look so pleasant.

The hotel is close to the airport but it will cost you $17 Euros to get there. The staff was ok. Front desk has us wait with no communication as to when our room would be ready. The restaurant downstairs was ok. They were under staffed and the service was underwhelming. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning was not great but it was a heatwave and there system could not handle the volume needed to cool the hotel effectively. It was ok. Nothing bad nothing great.

I have stayed here before and enjoyed it. This time it was really swamped because of air plane disruptions and the staff were a bit overwhelmed and the lines much longer than normal. (Not really their fault) but something to note that could potentially happen again as this hotel has contracts with the airlines. My son extended for one extra night and they increased the cost of his room considerably bc of supply and demand. Honestly, we should not have been penalized and as a repeat customer been giving the same rate (we were originally booked at) for the additional night.

Front manager, Michele(?) didn’t help us at all after we gave a little issue.
We were disappointed about it.
Most of the front desk was excellent!
