Its very nice hotel and very convienennt. The first room we got was not cleaned and we needed to move to another room. That room the TV did work. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and really tried to help us. I would stay there again.

The staff were great and welcoming and the room was impeccable. However, there was a small issue with breakfast where me and my partner only wanted it for one day out of the 3 nights we were staying. When we went to check out, we were told there was an outstanding balance for the breakfast (we had already paid) So I'm not sure what happened there. Overall, a lovely hotel and near by the train station and buses which was very convenient.

I had a pleasant stay at the IntercityHotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff, while quite young, were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The food is fairly standard. Breakfast is a buffet that costs €17 which is a bit high. One thing to note is that there aren't any other restaurants within easy walking distance, so your dining options are limited. A major advantage is the location. The train station is only about a 10-minute walk away, with direct trains to Amsterdam Centraal, making it easy to get into the city. One downside during my stay was that the public Wi-Fi appeared to use an unsecured connection, so I'd recommend using a VPN or avoiding sensitive activities while connected.

All perfect. Only negative thing we could find is that the key stops working at 11AM the day of checkout. But that is a minimal issue and the rest was perfect.

Not as close to airport as expected, but shuttle was great and the train into Central Station was only a 4 minute walk.
