Great hotel

I love the breakfast 😋 is small but got everything we need

Some of the rooms felt claustrophobic as there were no windows. I also stayed in a room where the face basin was in the room and the toilet was in the shower. The free breakfast was nothing to write home about and very lacking. The advertisement for the hotel lists a mini bar/refrigerator but says nothing about the fact the you have to pay for the things in it; you find that out when you’re checking out and they charge you for the things that you consumed. This is sort of underhanded. Thankfully I had only used one of the items from the fridge and I didn’t consume any of the snacks on the table in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful so this hotel can be an option if you’re not looking for or expecting much.

I love the hotel, staff and location. Perfect for staying close to all the action in old quarter. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Hanoi.

The staff were really lovely but this hotel was not it. The sound from the hallway/room next door was crazy. It’s maybe the least sound proof place we have ever stayed. The shower/bathroom had a lot of mould which I haven’t discovered in other hotels this trip. It has good air conditioning though and we only stayed here one night. Conveniently near tourist attractions

The hotel was in a convenient location although upon arrival you could barely even enter into the building there was so many scooters obstructing the entry. The room was kind of like a box no windows with a very bright light above. The breakfast buffet was pretty sparse and not appetizing. Aside from all of that the staff was good service in assisting with any questions.

Nice hotel in a very good location. Close to nightlife but not noisy. Staff helpful enough with okay breakfast included.

Room was ok for price. I used car service to airport and it was 20 min late. Hard to tell if it wasn’t ordered correctly by hotel staff or if driver was just late.
