First day toilet bowl is choke. 2nd to check out tv box not working well. Once off need service staff to reset the WiFi connection to the tv box. Call 3 times to reset. Miss many world cup matches as the result of it. 22nd June the hot water supply is gone. No one inform us. Had to take cold shower. Till 23 June check out still no hot water for shower. Later staff told us pump not working. Good luck for those coming to watch world cup matches.

Convenient location, good breakfast, excellent service made this a pleasant stay for us.

Excellent service and very clean hotel. They even allowed for our late check out due to some unforseen circumstances. Thank you!

The buffet needs some improvement, western options and eggs need to be fresh and hot

The room itself is perfect. Hotel staff are polite. We took the Family Room, which the nightly replenished drinks in the mini fridge are complimentary. The breakfast had excellent variety so much so that we could not try everything even when we spent 4 nights there. The only real downside was the complimentary shuttle service which they booked the wrong date for us, but it was still minor - although next time reception need to specify the date clearly to avoid this kind of problem.

Having just a few soft drinks in the mini fridge, add an additional nice touch to the stay

The hotel staff service was efficient and excellent. The room was very clean and amenities were well kept. It is also convenient for shopping and local food tasting as Penang Road, Komtar and other shopping places are all within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

We stayed for three nights and appreciated the services throughout our stay. The hotel is surrounded by food vendors of different varieties and price ranges. Great open view from the room (on the 15th floor). Easily to get Grab for transportation. Walking distance to attractions in George Town.
