Cititel is close to a lot of eateries and is in a central enough location to go to other tourist spots. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff at the reception hall was always smiling, pleasant and helpful

Just loved the stay in Cititel Penang

Very good

Was able to check into room early which was great. Staff at front desk very welcoming. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent and very large range of things to eat.

The hotel is a bit outdated. The hotel needs to be renovated and the cleaners need to be more vigilant after cleaning the room. My room was left open the entire time when we were out. And after going out the whole day, I would like to have a nice shower and go to bed but there is no shower gel left.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is very clean.

Amazing staff. The pool is small but adequate

An excellent 5 night stay. Ideally located, accessible to discovering Georgetown very easily. Across the road from the free shuttle bus, and a very good food court. Our room was great, plenty of room and well maintained, and a lovely view. Filtered drinking water on all floors was ideal. The buffet breakfast was very good. All staff in reception, housekeeping and breakfast area very friendly and hospitable.

Brilliant hotel in a great location only a short walk in to the heart of Georgetown. The staff cannot do enough for you and felt looked after. Great amenities and restaurant. Loved it! Thank you.
