Location is definitely a great place and it is near to lots of street food places. Only downside is the sound insulation as we could hear the sound of motorcycles and cars at night

The lobby is good and clean. The rooms are OK mostly because the carpet is old.

The hotel provides light refreshment drinks counter for arriving guests but they do not seem to adequately provide disposable drinking cups. Most of the time the drinks are not refilled.

A good location. But not fantastic. Someone from the front desk at 10pm to check if we needed to change our room. Would have appreciated if it was in the day. Noisy room.

The hotel looks outdated but it was alright as I'm only staying for one night. Location is great as its just opposite of 1st Avenue shopping mall.

Clean rooms, nice rooftop bar, loads for breakfast and friendly staff.

Lovely, spacious and luxurious room with water dispensers provided. Very helpful staff, easy access to food and tourist sights and enjoyed the stay a lot!

The Executive Premier Room was in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were well maintained and in perfect working order. The room provided a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere, making my stay both enjoyable and comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality and condition of the Premier Executive Room and would gladly stay in it again.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. However, the sound proof in the room is pretty bad for light sleeper at level 20. I can hear the traffic sound, people singing next door. Water pressure for shower is not good too.

Good hospitality. Upgraded to premiere king have free access to 30 floor with complimentary teabreak and cocktail. Breakfast has great variety. Check in was fast. Location is great close to good food and shopping.
