とても良い The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were very accommodating in changing our room at check in (our original room was very dark directly facing a rundown building). The location is good if you need access to the tourist buses or high end shopping. Otherwise, it's about a 20 minute walk to Rua Augusta and Chiado. The carpet in the room had some stains in it from previous guests spilling coffee, and the bed was too soft for our liking, but the AC worked great and it was very comfortable temperature for sleeping.

Our welcome to Turim Boulevarde was delightful! The gent that checked us in absolutely made us feel welcome. Hotel is impeccably kept and all the staff we interacted with were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!!

This hotel is really nice. The bellman came out and helped us with our luggage. They offer a friendly greeting and it was clean. Housekeeping came to see if we needed anything. The pool on the roof was also nice.

Outstanding hotel! Location is amazing - right in the middle of many activities, shopping and restaurants. We were traveling during a heat wave and the air conditioning was great. Service was excellent - would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed in the 1br family suite for 5 nights. The room was spacious, quiet, clean and well lit. Very comfortable beds, clean and modern shower, lots of closet space and nice coffee/minibar.
Breakfast was ok, not great, and too expensive for what it had to offer. Pool area is nice, with comfortable lounging chairs and cute par area. Very small, though.
Location super convenient to all city attractions with great shopping and restaurants all around.

What a beautiful stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and they are conveniently located in the center of everything. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel is at a very convenient and safe location, right beside Liberdade avenue, and within walking distance to Chiado. Room is clean and well maintained
