良い家族と滞在
The front desk were excellent specially Ana thank you so much. Rooms are nice. Nadia the guest service very welcoming and the other manger was also nice. Pool nice but far away from rooms. Two issues we had we booked half board. The breakfast was great but the dinner or lunch was not so great limited menu to choose from plus we cannot eat some of the food in the menu that restricted our options. It’s best to do breakfast only.
The other issue was with the house keeping clean the room was not great and the sheets were stained. The second manager did apologize I told her it’s not her fault.
Overall it was nice place to stay would have been excellent if those issues didn’t happen
Thank you team Iberostar

Rooms nice n spacious and clean, would of expected more toiletries on offer like shower caps, nail files etc if a 5 star…
Plenty of choice of food at breakfast nice and fresh, although it says 10.30am they are not happy if you arrive at 10.10am as we did they tell you that it closes in 20 Minutes left which I find rather rude than greeting you with good morning first!
Both pools are freezing cold not my type of pleasure, indoor pool 31 degrees but not even warm.. Food at pool side was lovely too the bar and outdoor pool clean and presented nicely.
Entrance bright and smells lovely. Staff very informative and helpful and polite…
Some chairs have stains on in entrance seating .. level 4 bedrooms, carpet near water dispenser should be cleaned as massive stain near water dispenser.. not important but the presentation of the hotel is let down buy these few simple fix’s by Maintenance..
Would I return again to this Hotel, yes as overall it is in a great position for all parts of Lisbon. Enjoyed our stay overall so happy.

Overall nice experience. Staff were kind and helpful, hotel was clean and located in a great area. However I found the pool and spa underwhelming.

Great attention to detail. The bars were great and enjoyed the patio near the pool. The spa was booked and I wish I had reserved earlier. The room was wonderful including a separate toilet closet, great shower w stool and a magnifying mirror for make up. Nessperrso coffee machine too.. there were many places to store your items.

The staff were kind and helpful. The place was very clean! We were two travelers sharing a room not in a couple and had to ask twice for twin beds not pushed together. They came to separate beds but then upgraded us to a nicer room with a great view the next morning and brought us cakes. This would be a fabulous place for a couple but the bathroom lacks a door and even though the toilet had a glass door, the shower was open. So two people not in a couple lack privacy. Otherwise I have no complaints it was wonderful and the massages in the spa were the best we’ve had! Everyone was kind and helpful! Great place for couples!
