Staff was great, very quick when we needed extra towels etc. The upgrade option was a great surprise! Very low cost for an awesome room!

Clean comfortable room great breakfast. And laundry facilities.

Decent stay. Good breakfast. The age of the property is showing up and needs a upgrade. Cobwebs in the room, ac wents full of dust, outdated kitchen.

The young lady at the front desk was wonderful (Lisa I think). We arrived early and she got us our parking pass and took our bags so that we could head into DC. Lisa helped us with late checkout request and a few other things, always with a smile and very polite. Room was very large and comfortable. The hotel is dated for sure, and the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast (but free!)Location was fantastic. Metro not far, CVS, restaurants, coffee shops etc walking distance. Would return to this hotel.

The room was clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms are big. Inside building isn't luxury though.

We appreciate the breakfast. The rooms are nice and big, but could use a facelift.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. I especially appreciated that breakfast items were still available for a short time after the posted end time, which made the experience much more relaxed. There are two areas that could be improved. First, it would have been helpful to receive advance information that the parking garage requires an access code. When I was trying to park my car, I was unable to enter the garage and had to return to the front desk to obtain the code, then wait in line again. This caused some unnecessary delay that could have been easily avoided with better communication. Second, the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent. It would alternate between strong and weak pressure during use, which was a little inconvenient. Other than these issues, everything else was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived trash was overflowing from both outside garbage containers. The facility itself was very clean along with the rooms.

Conveniently located, ample parking, and the staff was helpful.
