It was the best birthday weekend ever.

Loved the convenient location. Walked to a few restaurants and stores. Very. Safe area. The Metro was also right there. Daily breakfast was great! We had a group of seven people ( 3 were children) and it was a perfect way to start the day.

The cleaning staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. However, the front desk staff’s performance was subpar. The breakfast was satisfactory until my daughter discovered a hair in her fruit loops. Upon contacting the front desk, I was met with no assistance. As per the hotel’s instructions, I sent an email, but unfortunately, no response was received. Consequently, I have given the hotel a two-star rating due to the lack of follow-up and concern from the staff. Despite this issue, the hotel overall is a pleasant establishment.

Hair in the beds. We changed rooms multiple times and same issue . Staff was as helpful as they could be though

The property was clean, well kept, and staff was excellent. The property was right over the metro station which made getting around DC so convenient. Breakfast was very large selection.

Very nice breakfast with a wide selection. The gym also has a lot of options and machines. The hotel itself can be hard to find, and hard to get in and out of, particularly after hours.

I definitely recommend this hotel my wife and I stayed here and really enjoyed ourselves will definitely be back

Room was not clean. NO power outlets worked. Pull out couch was terrible. Dead batteries in TV remote control. Only one functional elevator in Embassy Suite atrium.
