Well situated property within easy walking distance of a metro station. Room was clean and spacious if a little dated. Was disappointed that the jacuzzi was out of order during my stay - it was one of the reasons I booked this property. Breakfast was ok. Would consider staying here again if I return to Lisbon.

The breakfast option could be way better for a 5 star hotel. The service was great for the rest of restaurants and sports bar. The room was a good size and very clean

Nice looking hotel and in a good location near the metro. Staff were polite and helpful but everything seemed to take forever. Checking in about 20 minute wait. 25 minute waiting for drinks from the bar!
The room was clean and nice enough. Supply a nice coffee machine and kettle but you need to move it to find a plug. Ended up having to set it up on the floor. Worst of all on 2 occasions we had no hot water for the shower which isn’t ideal when you’re leaving to catch a flight at 5am. Definitely not 5 stars

Our room was hotter than hot. The air-conditioning was terrible. To cool the room we had to open all the windows and the street lights lit up our room like daylight. Also it was really loud all night long. Do yourself a favor and do not stay there. The people were nice but the hotel was very uncomfortable.

Only because the rooms are not updated. We did have a really great breakfast!
