It’s more like a 3 star hotel, some of the staff is exceptional but rest brings down the experience drastically. I called up the reception numerous times to get a bath done so that I can use the spa facility! Everytime they picked up they just said I’ll have it shortly but they never sent it! Was there for 4 nights

Could not find any bad things. Break fast was tasty. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Metro were within 5 minutes walk.good restaurents nearby.

Great location for a quiet and peaceful stay, away from busy areas but still close to attractions like Parque Eduardo VII. Easy access to everything. Rooms are comfortable, and while the hotel isn’t modern, it has a nice classic Lisbon charm. Friendly and welcoming staff.

the lobby has a very strong scent. it could be pleasant but not as overwhelming as it is.
the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Room quiet and spacious and Bruno the guy for the room luggage is exceptionnal full of informations and very helpfull for every aspect of the jurney
