EVERYTHING about this property was perfection. The room, massages, staff. Will def go back.

As you would expect, the staff at the Savoy are fantastic. Nothing too much trouble. We had our 30th anniversary here and had a fantastic stay, afternoon, breakfast and a meal in the River Restaurant. I cannot speak highly enough. It is a great experience if, like me, it is something that you would not normally do.

Our stay at The Savoy from June 10-13, 2026 was far too short. From walking into the beautifully decorated foyer to the reception desk, it took our breath away. Upon arrival we were treated like royalty and were provided exceptional service. When we arrived into our room we were impressed with the attention to detail and our window view provided an excellent view of the London Eye and Big Ben so that was a plus! Our breakfast was constantly delicious and the service was second to none. We were fortunate enough to dine at the Savoy Grill and once again we were thrilled with the staff and our Beef Wellington. The early morning we left, we were provided with a delicious take-away hot breakfast that started our journey home on the right foot.

Make sure that they give you what you are promised

Incredible property with one of the best hotel staffs we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Fabulous location, afternoon tea was wonderful and the Gordon Ramsey restaurants did not disappoint. Again, the hotel staff were the heroes of our stay! We will most definitely be back! Worth every penny!
