最高 We loved our first stay at One Aldwych. We highly recommend it for location, facilities, staff and overall excellence. There are so many excellent hotels in London but we won’t be looking elsewhere and will book again if ever in London.

Rooms are nice, good location, service is ok, not a great bargain, to put it kindly, pay a lot for a mid range hotel. No complains, just can get a lot better for that amount

Really nice hotel in a great location - breakfast was ok and staff were friendly. Noise from the road was too loud, but due to original windows. The pool/spa area was pretty poor and not up to the standard of a 5* hotel - although the massage was great.

I booked a deluxe king bed room. For the first night I was put in a room on the 6th floor where I was later told that the rooms on the 6th floor are smaller rooms. The remaining stay on the 2nd floor was great. Also, their room service food was great. I recommend this hotel - it is in a great location as well. Just do not stay in a room on the 6th floor.

The hotel was luxurious and very pleasant to stay. There were some quirks with a lavatory with a violent sounding flush and the restaurant being predominantly gluten free but the room’s hand wash, body wash and conditioner all containing wheat protein.

Amazing stay at a wonderful hotel. Warmly decorated, well-appointed with many thoughtful touches (complimentary mini bar snacks, Dyson hair dryer, multi port in wall sockets, excellent turn down service, water all the time, etc.). All staff members were very friendly and I found room service to be really really quick (and the food was great). Great location for tourists with many tube options and restaurants nearby.

One Aldwych is an exceptional hotel; the location is right in the heart of London, the room and amenities are luxurious, and the staff is impeccable. Breakfast was both delicious and beautifully served. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. One Aldwych is the Mary Poppins of London hotels: practically perfect in every way!
