最高 Nicely appointed room--room was much smaller than anticipated. Closet and clothes bureau were appreciated. Large tub/shower were modern and water pressure was great, especially for central London. We used the lobby to meet friends as the room was too small to handle more than 2 people. We did not choose the breakfast option at hotel. Location was good and staff were friendly and polite. Had I been able to afford a bigger room, I would have upgraded to something larger.

Very central hotel close to several public transportation stops. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Rooms are small, but I knew that when booking the hotel. It was clean, bed was comfortable, and they had working AC which was bliss during the summer heat.

Great stay. In a city of stiff beds, stay at Rathbone. Comfortable bed, tidy, up to date, quiet and great staff. Pub below shuts fairly early, but windows also insulate very well so not a bother. Enjoyed being out of the buzz and only a short walk to the madness. Cheers to Holly and staff for kind and attentive service.

Overall my stay was good. Clean room, helpful staff at lobby.
Improvements could be made by soundproofing since I was able to hear anything passing by in the corridor as well as putting a mini fridge to cool waters. Last but not least water pressure in the showers need to be much more powerful. It was mere trickles.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had made a comment online about my previous stay, saying that a fridge in the room would have been good and when I came back they gave me an upgraded room with a fridge already in it. Very impressive! Great central location, too. I will be back!
