The part of the hotel that was not the suites was amazing but if you stay in the suites be prepared for not so clean experience our bathroom was on the dingy side and I couldn’t understand the placement of the furniture in the room because the dining table was in the living room instead of the separate kitchen area, which made the living room area crowded in the kitchen area empty. There was no no ventilation in the already little dingy bathroom. There was mold on the grout work in the bathroom and to get into the suites, you have to go down into a basement which had a weird smell most days when we came in and out. I would not stay here again if I had to book a room for a family in one of the suites but the main hotel was amazing. The food was amazing. The service was amazing.

I did not have the breakfast. There are many cafes around the area. The room is big and comes equipped with a Nespresso, a fridge (w/ freezer), a microwave, an induction stove and a set of utensils and plates. Weirdly it doesn’t come with coffee cups. Luckily we brought our Yeti cups. As for accuracy, it says there are laundry facilities. They will do your laundry for a fee, of course but no washing machine or dryer. However, a few blocks away across the Avenida de Libertad, there is a laundromat that costs between 4.50 - 7.50 Euro (depending on volume) and 2 Euro for drying. If you plan on staying longer than a few days, the laundromat will come handy. They will clean your room daily. Just make sure you put up your sign to have your room service. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. They will greet you “Bom dia” everyday. They were the ones who directed me to that laundromat and highly recommended it. I highly recommend this hotel despite the laundry arrangements. The location is between the Marques do Pombal and the Avenida metro. Marques do Pombal is nearer. It is a nice walk to Baixa. So as not to tire yourself too much Walk to Baixa then take the Metro to Maques do Pombal and walk down back to the hotel. They have electrical adaptors if you are not European available in Altis Grand (hotel desire the suites) and umbrellas if it rains.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Altis Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and made everything feel effortless. The suite was incredibly spacious, spotless, and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The location is unbeatable—close to everything. The comfort level was great. Every interaction with the team was friendly, helpful, and truly above and beyond. We felt taken care of throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend Altis Suites to anyone visiting Lisbon. A wonderful place to stay—we will definitely be coming back!

It did the job for one night and needing a kitchen, but otherwise a very dimly lit, worn out apartment. Particularly disappointing given the well manicured Altis Grand next door. Great location and overall clean - you can just feel it's age throughout.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel but dropped by the room where the buffet style breakfast was served and it looked very appetizing and well stocked with a variety of hot and cold breakfast options and the price was very reasonable

Lovely property manager Christina was helpful and kind! Convenient location near Liberdade. Perfect!

Amazing place to stay, very clean and dated. Will go there again. 10 min walk to city central.
