The room was very noisy, the toilet made a strange noise at night that kept us awake. The hot water went off a couple of times. There was a remote for the tv but no tv, the ac wasn’t the best and I had to ask for the iron 3 times and when it turned up 45mins later it was a rubbish iron. The location was good, near a metro, we walked into the centre most days/night.

Nice looking property inside. Our room was very clean. The property at the outside entrance needs major work from the town. Helps with appearance of hotel.

The hotel was clean and interesting looking, but the room set up did not work for me. The bathroom had such an odd and cramped set up. And there is really no privacy at all. The restaurant is only open for a few hours. There was a lounge area on an outside terrace where we brought our dinner one evening…but it was not comfortable or inviting.

It has a great location, the metro station is just a few minutes away , and it is right in the city centre, many good restaurants are nearby. Powerful shower and the room is clean and the bed is solid and good. Friendly and helpful staff. The coffee machine in the room made great coffee when it worked but sometimes it didn't. Would definitely use the hotel again.

少しがっかり I’m not entirely sure how this property can be classified as a 4 star hotel, because the acoustics standards does not live up to what I’ve experienced in other 4 star hotels. The windows are double glazed and largely block out external/street noise, but internal noise insulation is extremely poor. Unless your neighbours intentionally take the care to close their door quietly, you will hear and feel the vibrations of the door closing. Unless you’re able to get a room on the top floor, you will also likely hear the guests upstairs moving their chair (it basically scrapes against the floor), things dropping, various thuds and bangs, etc. I had asked to be placed on a high floor away from the elevator, and while they acknowledged my request, placed me directly across from the elevator. The neighbourhood is also extremely smelly (likely bc it sits at a lower altitude with old infrastructure which are overloaded by the number of people). If you value a quiet and pristine environment, I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was super small and not really as advertised at all. My partner didn’t even have a side to get in and out of her bed. The shower usage soaked everything in the room and with there being mirrors on every surface in the room there was so much condensation around the room throughout the stay it just felt damp.
