It was exceptional from start to finish. The property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious with many choices every day. And upon check-out, they hold your bags, and you can use all the amenities, including an amazing private outdoor shower and changing room in their spa, before you get on a long flight. I have never stayed in such an incredible place at an affordable price. I highly recommend Sudamala Sanur and hope to return soon.

Sudamala is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are so lovely and accommodating, the resort is clean and well maintained, the food is EXCELLENT. My partner and I have found our forever accommodation. We extended our stay and cancelled our next place so we could stay here longer.

Excellent hotel, staff were incredible. Very nice restaurant, breakfast was amazing. Pool very nice. Gym very small, limited equipment. Location excellent for restaurants, spas, shopping. Beach only 5 min walk. Stay here you will not be disappointed.

This is a stunning resort, a short walk away from beach, and convenient to shopping. It's elegance and quietness pleased me greatly. They went to lengths to provide service and food.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. We liked the wonderful breakfast with a gamalon accompanyment. Staff were warm and helpful. The downsides are very long walks inside the huge property, no elevator, hot hallways and property, room was lovely but no lights in shower, bath area. Bathtub was loose and unsafe to use. Bathroom had odors. The bedroom was prefect. Near the beach with beach access so good choice for beach users. Restaurant offered us very bland and lackluster food for dinner. Would recommend looking for other nearby restaurants. We did not stay long enough to enjoy the beautiful pool and spa or other amenities.

Staying at Sudamala Resort was a relaxing, comfortable, and overall high-quality experience. The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The suites are well taken care of and aesthetically pleasing. The pool and lunch menu are fantastic. The spa is top tier. I really enjoyed the free yoga on Friday morning as well.

Have wanted to stay at this beautiful hotel for ages. Staff are lovely and room was traditional and gorgeous. Enjoyed the day spa. Dogs barking early every morning was a little annoying but not the hotels fault. Would definitely come back to stay,
