We loved the pool area , breakfast buffet was wonderful so many choices, rooms very clean and staff always helpful and polite. Will definitely stay there again.

The gym equipment felt unclean and appeared poorly maintained. Some machines were also quite noisy, suggesting possible mechanical wear. As for the room, while the building itself is older, it was generally well-cleaned and comfortable to stay in. The only disappointment was the pillows, which had an unpleasant odor.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We arrived for our 7 night stay to have only twin beds and no extra bed setup despite booking and paying for 3 adult people. They didn’t want to give us an extra bed, they wanted to give us sheets for my 15 year old 172cm son to sleep on the 1 metre in length day bed in the room. After many back and forths they eventually sent a spare bed. Just annoying that we paid for 3 people and common sense did not prevail we had to put our foot down and demand the extra bed we paid for. The staff at breakfast are very helpful and lovely, especially Dian and also Lestari in the spa, both an absolute asset to this hotel. Our room also had no door for the bathroom which was very weird and even though there is a door for the toilet you can hear everything and it’s also a tight squeeze and we are not big people. Pool area gets monitored very sporadically sometimes they move a towel and belongings if a person is gone for 30 or more mins other afternoons towels were left on beds and not moved despite pool staff being made aware and it being a very busy time around the pool. The water situation in the rooms is odd you are given a jug to fill up at water stations but they are not plugged in and the water is warm so not pleasant to drink. We just ended up buying from the minimarts which is what I think they are expecting you to do. We probably won’t stay again but would come back to see Lestari in the Spa and also say hello to Dian.

This is my 9th stay here! Love the location, the facilities, the breakfast (best in Bali - we rate it highly!) and most importantly the staff! Lintang is amazing! On our first visit back in 2018 with our young son, to this visit he was so good with our kids! My son was SO excited to see him! All the staff go above and beyond and that’s what keeps us coming back!

Need better signage in lift to tell what's is on each floor. Also better communication with room of what's happening each day eg buffet tonight, notice of event should be put into room by cleaner advertising the event Can take booking, can reuse laminated signals each week to save on recycling At same time you can have poster size signals in key spot foyer,lifts ,pool bar,entrance of Hotel All room and poster signs to be reusable and laminated to get maximum life Cleaner must collect next day after event to maximise life of all material Hopefully I might get a week accommodation for a great idea Welcome to talk to your marketing manager about this to maximise your outcome, with minimum expense Aiden Hoey 61 408912124 hoey@iinet.net.au Staying in Seminyak this week My Back ground was in Exhibition and Display, Signage Marketing,Corporate Premium Promotional Products

The staff were attentive and most helpful though out our stay. There was renovation work being carried out in the foyer areas, which made checking in a little more challenging.

Sanur Resort is in a great location & is a perfect place to relax & do as much or as little as you like. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in close proximity. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The crowning glory is the pool. Absolutely perfect temperature and large enough for everyone.

Breakfast was more than adequate, pool was clean ,staff where great. The property is in need of some repair. the wooden decking around the pool desperately needs replacing it is a trip hazard due to being uneven due to warped, loose boards .
