The hotel is big and is a bit dated. The family room was huge, plenty for 4. The location is far north end of Sanur beach - which is good for the port to islands, but otherwise a long way from main restaurant, bar & shopping areas. The air conditioning in the rooms smelt, and needs servicing. Breakfast buffet was good.

The staff is wonderful. This property is a quiet enclave next to the busy Sanur traffic, with a great pool, bar and gym. Breakfast was a bit overcrowded and the WiFi quirky at times, but the friendliness of every employee (without fail) made the small problems easy to overlook.

We had a fantastic stay at the Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur. The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, with a great variety at breakfast and delicious options throughout the day. We were impressed with both the quality and service in the restaurants. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to a wide range of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore Sanur without needing transport. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lovely pool areas and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, great food, outstanding service, and a perfect location. We would highly recommend Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur and would happily stay here again. 🌴☀️😊

We have stayed here a couple of times and the staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic but a central location to the ferry and airport. Breakfast is great and the bar is located perfectly for catching up with local friends. Well priced hot value!

The property is handy to the cafe's on the esplanade and to the harbour. Nice pool area etc. Friendly staff. The gym was pricy at around 150,000 per visit.So didn't use it. Very nice breakfast at a reasonable price

Place is very nice. If you want people to stay at your lounge lower the prices a little bit

The room was not properly prepared or checked before our arrival. Basic amenities were not functioning—for example, the kettle was not working, and we had to call early in the morning to get it replaced. We had specifically reserved a deluxe balcony room. Additionally, we requested a room near the elevator due to my senior citizen mother, who has difficulty walking long distances. However, no such room was provided. Instead, we were given a downgraded room without a balcony. When we raised this issue and requested a refund for not being provided the booked room category, the hotel refused to process any refund. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor room readiness, lack of consideration for special requests, and unsatisfactory resolution of the issue.

I love the hotel, the atmosphere and the friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is absolutely incredible! I can highly recommend it!
