What a find. Last minute trip to Liverpool and Hotels we either booked or very expensive. Found this and was a pleasantly surprised. Check In easy and the lady working was brilliant and helpful. Amazing apartment in a cracking location.

Close to the Albert Dock, no onsite parking

I had breakast out as McDonald's isnt far. But beautiful view and a lovely smart apartment. In a brilliant area close to the museums and also bus tours. Very friendly lovely staff always happy to help so thank u

Hotel was clean, nice bathroom, friendly staff, bed comfy. Kitchen was reasonably equipped for a short stay, nice to have. The hotel is a good location for the docks but a 15 minute walk from the railway stations and most of the city. Only downside was a credit card payment was taken as a damage deposit, incidentally this was more than I had paid for the room. Was advised this would refunded back to my card once the room was checked after checkout. Two days later I am still waiting to find out if everything was ok and if they will send the deposit back to my card. The hotel took my email address at check in so an email to acknowledge the room was left ok or if there was a problem would be more helpful. Or to take the card payment holding charge in the card instead of an actual full payment. On checkout I was advised that I could have left a deposit payment in cash and would be able to get that straight back next time.

Furniture in apartment living area was not comfortable. Sleeper sofa was pretty tired for lounging on, chairs not relaxing. Lack of carpet/rugs made it pretty sterile. Kitchen was well-equipped, though we didn’t really use it. Second bathroom had no door and weird step-up for access. Shower was over the sink, so we didn’t use that one.

Was not clear the minimum age was over 21 I’m not struggling to get a refund

The mattress were orribile and the breakfast is ridiculous 1bag whit apple,water, cioccobred,yougurt,porridge but not milk .i was expected more for the higher price i pay

The accommodation at the apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable. Jane at the front of desk reception was so friendly and accommodating. The apartment was close to many attractions, lovely restaurants and gift shops. We had a great time and would definitely return and recommend this place to stay. Thankyou Jane and your staff. Spotless room, friendly staff and a 5 minute walk to the docks. My daughter made me laugh this evening. We arrived home and she helped me un- pack the suit cases and she suddenly paused and took a deep breath. I said “what”. Her reply “The clothes and my blanket smells of the hotel a nice fresh smell, the smell when we walk through the hall to our room. You need to ask the staff what spray they use on the carpets” She then cried I want to go back. The kiddies had a fab time, and thank you for making us welcome. Will definitely come back again 😃
