Overall it was quite loud and noisy, from the pubs/bars underneath and other guests, as you can hear everything. Lots of items/amenities were broken or not working (bed light, shower head). And the cleaning was quite poor too (marks on the towels, other people's hair on the bedding). But for one night you can probably get on with it.

Out room was filled with the smell of sewers coming from the bathroom. Manager would sway our room unless we paid another £116. Which we never and had to leave the property with no refund

Very dirty room. Bed was not clean and I’m pretty sure there were bed bugs

Felt like a prison cell couldn't breath only 1 member of staff was helpful and the rest couldnt care

Location ok and room was surprisingly good

Good locations for walking to attractions, shops, pubs and restaurants. Near to train stations and bus stops.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful!

Great budget hotel.

Stayed here a few times, and every time it's been sound. Staff great, rooms comfortable and clean... on the door step of town. Will be back

The place was inmaculate and 5 minutes from Mathew Street where all the Mambo Jumbo of Beatles went on. I would only wish better ventilation in the room despite the huge marvellous window. Carpark next door is extremely well priced and practical. It's a magnificent ratio value for money, location, recently upgraded, fantastic place to spend an affordable night right where the Beatles carried their first guitars. Thumbs up to the place!
