Main issue was the check in- granted it was late in the evening however we waited over 20 minutes as the only poor member of staff on was working the bar as well as reception.
Air conditioning in the rooms has been switched off and they provide a fan which was needed but noisy.
Rooms are dated but bed was very comfortable. Didn’t try breakfast as having read some reviews we decided to give it a miss. Overall an okay stay for one night

Easy check in, ample parking, nice hotel, good facilities and amenities.
Standard double room well equipped, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was very good.
Staff were brilliant - friendly and welcoming.
Overall highly recommended

Staff were great. Hotel is decent.
Sadly the air conditioning wasn’t working in any of the rooms. Staff did give us a free drink each but room was absolutely sweltering.

Unfortunately the air conditioning had broken and the hotel was 25 degrees. They did provide us with a fan but it was pretty unbearable still.

Unfortunately for me, the hottest days so far this summer, hitting 29 above, the room did not have AC. They offered a small table fan that didn’t even make difference.
At the breakfast, coffee machine wasn’t working.
On the third day, breakfast that starts 6:30am but wasn’t ready till 6:50am making ours to only have a quick snack to not run late for work. Still coffee machine wasn’t working.
Positive from this 4 nights stay was plenty of parking space and also rooms was very clean.

No heating or cooling, reception never warned us about this. Room was too stuffy, wi does barely opened, we had to change rooms for second night. Water sometimes runs cold. Fire false alarm went off for over an hour the first morning, they couldn’t seem to stop it. Feels under staffed and needs fixing. Most staff were good and it’s a nice building.

Our stay at hotel was really good but there were some hiccups.
The hotel is clean, spacious,has great amenities located nearby. Also there is ample parking. It's in a good location,not far from city centre,airport, football stadiums,etc.The staff were also helpful.
The downside was aircon in our family room was not working, Also, hot water in our room ran out by afternoon,and knob on shower needed fixing as was worn out and kept coming lose when adjusting.
For us, we didn't make too much of a fuss as we were only there a short time,but worth mentioning for anyone on an extended stay.

Old building but clean and tidy.
Restaurant basic.
Breakfast chaos food not out empty hot water urn.
It seemed that staff were not prepared for the number of clients.
